Each robe and pajama set is made individually based on your order. Shipping therefore takes place within 10 business days from receipt of payment. We dedicate the utmost care to every detail — from craftsmanship to final packaging — to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition. Orders are shipped via trusted carriers with tracking available.

Availability of bridal garters may vary depending on current stock. You will always find the exact shipping timeframe directly on the product detail page.
Shipping of other bridal accessories
Other products are shipped within 5 business days from receipt of payment. Each order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges
Your satisfaction is essential to us. If for any reason the product does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to find a solution with you.
Return conditions
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
Made-to-order (custom) pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the size does not fit perfectly, we will gladly offer a complimentary adjustment to ensure the piece fits you exactly.
How to proceed with a return
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email or phone. We will provide you with further instructions. Please package the item carefully to prevent damage during transit and send it to the address we provide.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Processing typically takes up to 5 business days.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please contact us. Once we receive the original item, we will send you a new piece. If the item is not in stock, dispatch may take up to 10 business days.
Additional information
Shipping costs related to returns or exchanges are covered by the customer, unless agreed otherwise.
