Your order will be delivered within 10 business days of receipt of payment. Each piece is carefully tailored to your specifications and wishes. We use reliable courier services with tracking. Every product is meticulously packaged so it arrives to you in perfect condition and safely.

Shipment of other bridal accessories:
Your order will be delivered within 5 business days of receipt of payment. We use reliable courier services with tracking. Every product is meticulously packaged so it arrives to you in perfect condition and safely.

Return and Exchange Policy

We value your satisfaction with our products above all. If, for any reason, a product does not meet your expectations, we will gladly assist you in finding a suitable solution.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Please ensure that all labels and packaging are preserved in their original state.

  • Items that are custom-made or tailored to your measurements cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • However, if your product does not fit properly, we offer a complimentary size adjustment to ensure a perfect fit.

Return Process:

  • Contact us via email or phone so we can provide you with detailed return instructions.

  • Pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transit.

  • Send the item back to the address provided by our customer care team.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • The refund process may take up to 5 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

Exchange Policy:

  • If you prefer to exchange an item, please contact us to arrange the exchange.

  • After sending the original item back to us, we will dispatch the new product.

  • If the requested item is not in stock, please allow up to 10 business days for production and delivery.
